Food was cold by the time it got to the table and we waited forever. Not coming back.
Generic AI reply
Polite filler — same for every businessHello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and the delay you encountered during your visit. We strive to provide the best service possible, and your feedback helps us improve. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to serve you in the future.
That's the difference. Templates are why AI replies sound like AI. Context is why ours sound like you.
Why owners use Reply AI
Built like a tool. Not a toy.
Personal. Never invented.
Every detail comes from the review or your context. Generic AI guesses the rest.

Chrome Extension
The Extension.
The same drafts as the web tool, in a popup that lives in your browser toolbar. One click, no tab-switching, no pasting URLs, no losing your place.
What it does today
The current version (V1) is a popup. Click the Reply AI icon in your Chrome toolbar, paste a customer review, pick a tone, and get three drafts to choose from — exactly like the web tool, but always one click away from any tab.
Three reply options, three tones
Professional, Warm, or Apologetic — same as the web app. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Optional context, encouraged
Add a sentence only you would know ("the customer mentioned the night the oven broke") and the drafts weave it in naturally.
Remembers your last tone
Open the popup tomorrow, your favorite tone is already selected. Small detail; saves a click every time.
Same privacy as the web app
Reviews aren't saved. They go to Anthropic's Claude API to draft the replies, and that's it.
Review
"Food was cold and we waited 45 minutes."
Your context
First night back after kitchen reno — short power issue set us behind. Want to invite them back.
