Reply AI meets you where the reviews already are. On Google Business Profile, it reads the review you're replying to and drafts three options already in your voice; pick one and it drops into the reply box on its own, so all that's left is a read and a post. Anywhere else, paste the review and it works the same way. Set up a brand profile once and every draft starts to sound like your business. The whole loop takes under a minute, and the reply reads like you wrote it, because in the ways that matter, you did.
A few things Reply AI deliberately won'tdo: invent facts you didn't give it (no made-up names, staff, prices, or dates); post on your behalf; or pretend to be a one-click autopilot. It's a drafting partner, not a replacement for your judgment. That's the line we hold, and it's what keeps every draft yours.

Every reply we generate is a starting point, not a finished product. AI can miss nuance, misread tone, or phrase something in a way that doesn't quite fit your business. Before you post anything to a public review platform, read the draft carefully, edit where needed, and make sure it reflects what you actually want to say.
- We instruct the model to never invent specific facts (names, prices, staff, dates), but it can occasionally slip. Always double-check any specific detail.
- Replies are shaped by the review text and any context you provide. Better context produces better drafts.
- You are responsible for anything you publish publicly. Reply AI does not post on your behalf.
- Treat every draft as a head start, not a final answer. Your voice and your judgment are what make a good reply.
