Reply AI is early. When we add paid plans, this policy will be updated and the date above will move forward.
What we do (and don't) collect
- Your email. Required to create an account. You sign in via a magic link sent to your inbox, no passwords. We store the email, the time you signed up, and a record of when you sign in (for security). That's it.
- Anonymized usage metadata. When you generate a reply, we log the tone you picked, the character count of your input, and the request duration, tied to your account for usage stats and to prevent abuse. We do NOT store the review text or the generated replies.
- Your brand profile, if you make one. If you fill out a brand profile to personalize your replies, we store what you enter: your business name, what it does, how you like to sound, phrases to use or avoid, and your sign-off. You can edit or clear it anytime, and it's deleted with your account.
- No review or reply storage. The text you paste is processed only long enough to generate the drafts, then discarded.
- No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels, no marketing trackers, no third-party analytics tools that fingerprint you. The only cookies we set are the session cookies required to keep you signed in.
- Aggregated traffic analytics. Vercel Analytics counts page views and shows us aggregate device and country data. Cookieless, no individual tracking.
What happens to the reviews you paste
Your text is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API, and the drafts come back. We discard our copy immediately.
Anthropic's commercial terms state they don't train models on API inputs and retain prompts only briefly (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring before deletion. See their privacy policy for specifics.
Third parties
Deleting your account
If you want your account deleted along with all associated usage logs, email us at replyquickai@gmail.com. We'll remove everything tied to your email within a few business days. (A self-service delete button is on the roadmap.)
The Chrome extension
Same practices as the website. The extension keeps your sign-in session on your device so you stay logged in, and when you draft a reply it briefly holds the review you're responding to, locally, just long enough to send it for drafting.
On Google Business Profile, the extension reads the review you click on so it can draft a reply to it. That review text is sent to Anthropic to generate the drafts, exactly like the website, and is never stored on our servers. It doesn't read or collect anything else on the page.
Reply AI is built for adults running businesses; we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Questions
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, email us at replyquickai@gmail.com.
For the disclaimer (a separate concern), see the About page.
In one line: we keep your email and an anonymized count of your generations. The reviews you paste are processed by Anthropic and never stored on our side. That's the whole story.
